Our History

Majestic Builders, Inc. was founded in South Carolina in 1995. What started out as a small company engaged in home repairs and small projects has grown into a full scale general contractor with hundreds of projects to date in Greenville South Carolina, and the surrounding areas.

​Steve Schell, the CEO and founder is still actively involved with running the company on a daily basis. Steve is a graduate of USC with a degree in Microbiology and got his start in construction working for local companies before starting his own company in 1995. He has a natural aptitude for construction and unique understanding of the construction process because of having personally done most of the work in the early days. He can still be found doing framing and trim work when necessary.
